Marinate 1 pound of Paneer with ¼ cup of yogurt of choice, ½ tsp of turmeric, ½ tsp paprika or cayenne pepper, squeeze of lemon juice and salt to taste for a minimum of 30 minutes

Fry the paneer or tofu and keep aside
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix 1/3 cup hot water with the curry mix into a paste.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot. Add the paste and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates.
- Add the cubed paneer/tofu and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed) and bring to a boil.
- Optional: Add fresh cream/ coconut cream and garnish with cilantro.
