Desi Chicken Curry

Preparation:

Optionally, marinate 1 pound of chicken with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 teaspoons of turmeric.

Cooking Instructions:

• Mix 1/2 cup hot water with the contents of the pack and mix into a paste.
• Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot. Add the paste and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates and masala is cooked through
• Add chicken or paneer and sauté for a few minutes.
• Add 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed) and bring to a boil.
• Optionally - Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and garnish with cilantro.
